Hi, there!

I’m CallyAnn.

I wear a lot of hats. I’m an artist, writer, designer, multimedia editor, and all-around creative content specialist. There’s nothing that I love more than taking a concept and connecting it to people through visuals and storytelling. This website is a showcase of some of the cool things I’ve done — and perhaps I can make cool things for you, too.

Personal Projects

Loose Canon is a multimedia web novel launched in 2017. I wrote and illustrated the 75,000 word YA novel and published it in 6 chapters. I built its home website and auditioned, directed, and edited the voice talents of 34 voice actors to create a full-cast audio version of the novel. I also commissioned and directed multiple artists to build an extensive collection of concept artwork and illustrations based on my character designs.

Over 100 freehand illustrations fill this 60-page, full-color art book. Odyssey of the Forsaken began as a Dungeons & Dragons campaign set in a re-imagining of Hyrule from the popular Legend of Zelda series. Over the course of the game, I drew pages and pages of character designs, concept art, maps, and scene illustrations while planning, writing, and facilitating this adventure as the game master. I compiled this art and writing in a printed and bound book and sold copies alongside other artwork at FanX and online.

Between 2018-2023 I operated CallyAnn Creates as an LLC, offering custom illustrations, prints, and art books as a hobby alongside my full time work. I attended conventions around the United States to sell my work. I managed the art production, logistics, and marketing, and partnered with other artists and local businesses. In 2023 I decided to sunset my LLC to pursue other interests.
